		<description>Wow!  Great advice from Phyllis!  I find that it&#039;s very difficult to convince anyone in the LGBT community (even Christians and former Christians) to be gracious when any church makes some concessions in our direction.  It&#039;s even difficult for me to remember that important lesson sometimes.  Anger and frustration runs high, and it&#039;s simply easier to focus on the places where we still disagree, rather than on (the growing number of) places that we do agree.</description>
