12-19-10:
Loving God and loving those most unlike yourself are more important than any amount of Church dogma or listed offerings to God. Mark 12:32-34
Jesus clearly reminds us that man-made credentials and man-made places of influence mean nothing to the Kingdom. Mark 12:38-40
Living a bold faith is living for the here and now no matter what it costs. Mark 12:41-44

I rather like the interpretation of Mk 12:41-44. It’s a slightly different take that I hadn’t heard before.
If I may make a suggestion, could you present the texts that you are discussing? Or at least provide a link? Some of us may not have the easy familiarity with the Bible that you enjoy.
