Visiting Scholar at Ball State University

Yep, a Visiting Scholar :)  … that’s what Ball State University is calling me because I am here not to just talk to the Christian or GLBT groups on campus, but rather to the whole campus and staff on the culture war. The university itself has brought me in to do this, and it’s super exciting. Please pray for my time here as this is a very unique experience from this secular school backing the whole thing. Here is my schedule (all times Eastern):

Thursday:

12:30pm – Speaking at the Multicultural Center to Professors, Staff and Student Leaders

2pm – Ball State’s monthly “Coffee Chat” with Resident Hall Directors and Housing Staff

8pm – Campus Wide General Session in Pruis Hall

9:15pm – Q & A and book signing

Friday:

10am – Q & A with Honors College Professors and Students

12pm – Speaking to the Council of Religious Advisors

2:30pm – Speaking to Spectrum (GLBT group on campus), InterVarsity and Campus Crusade

5pm – Dinner with the Multicultural Committee

Much love.

Andrew, I am so proud and pleased for you! Visiting Scholar! But I am even more proud and pleased to be able to call you a fellow Christian.

I just finished reading your book, and I will not freely admit to the actual number of tissues I had to use. I am going to get it into my church library, and recommend it to everyone.

God bless you. I will keep you in my prayers Always.

I am excited you were able to get a cup of coffee at MT Cup. I fear I may have over-hyped it. Hopefully it was not a disappointment.

I haven’t been back to Muncie for nearly 8 years now. I hope MT is as good as it used to be when I lived there.
