Great news…we sold our condo today! Praise the Lord for this great sale in such a rough market where sellers are getting taken to the cleaners. We got a very fair price and we’re able to use the money for our down-payment on whatever place we get next…just have to find one first.

THANKS JON! It’s a really big deal because we have so many friends and people we know who have been trying to sell their places for forever and haven’t gotten a bite. This is such a blessing.
We’re planning on staying in Boystown…we’re not going anywhere. We found a place we love just a block away, so we’re going to start pursuing that. We just needed the money from our current condo first to be able to afford it.
Congrats! The person who bought it got a good deal!
Of course you are staying in the area if I have anything to do with it!

If the place you want doesn’t work out, there are some good possibilities in Margate Park, which is just a little farther north. But I hope you get the place you want.
