If you are around Chicago, we will be meeting tonight for our Living in the Tension community gathering on 5255 N. Ashland Ave. in Room 120 at 7pm. We will be watching a documentary on transgender children and discussing the film afterwards. We hope to see you there

I know the logistics would be a nightmare, but I sure wish you guys could live stream these events for those of us poor slobs not in Chicago!
We have definitely thought about it and would love to do something like that! Our only concern and sticking point right now is working around the issue of people who attend in person but don’t want to be on camera with their faces plastered all over the country. We haven’t figured out a good way around that one yet. Any suggestions?
Ahhh…yes, I didn’t think of that. Gosh, short of just making sure the cameras are positioned only on the speakers I’m not real sure. To my knowledge you can’t pixilate a live broadcast.
