For our upcoming Living in the Tension community gathering on February 23rd, we will be continuing the conversation around the topic of “bridge building”.
What do you think of when you hear someone say “building bridges” as it relates to engaging others? What does it mean for your relationships? What is important in the conversation and required in the process in order to take steps forward? Is a particular type of space or environment necessary? Is the language appropriate for the work we all are engaged in when it comes to “building bridges” between the Christian and LGBT communities?
We will be meeting this Thursday at 7pm in Room 120 at our usual spot on 5255 N. Ashland Avenue to discuss these questions.
